What CashPad is
CashPad is a launchpad for creating coins on pump.fun, on Solana mainnet. When you launch a coin through CashPad, its pump.fun creator fees are set aside for an X (Twitter) account you choose. The owner of that account can log in to CashPad with X and claim the fees.
By using CashPad you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use CashPad. Coins themselves are created and traded on pump.fun and Solana, which have their own terms and rules.
Who can use CashPad
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and allowed to use crypto services there. You may not use CashPad if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, if you are on a sanctions list, or if using CashPad would be illegal for you. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax laws.
How creator fees work
- Assigned to an X user ID. Fees are assigned to the numeric X user ID behind the @handle you pick, not to the handle text. If the account changes its handle, the fees stay with the account.
- Custodial creator wallet. For each launch, CashPad creates a fresh creator-fee wallet, which is set as the coin's creator on pump.fun. CashPad holds and controls that wallet's keys. pump.fun pays the coin's creator fees into it.
- Fixed at launch. The fee recipient can't be changed afterwards by the deployer or anyone else.
Claiming and unclaimed fees
Only the owner of the assigned X account can claim, by logging in to CashPad with that X account. A claim collects what is waiting across all of that account's coins.
Unclaimed fees are held in the coin's creator wallet indefinitely. They don't expire, and neither CashPad nor the deployer can reclaim them. They stay there until the X account owner claims.
Fees and costs
- CashPad takes 10% of creator fees when they are claimed. It charges nothing to launch or to trade.
- The deployer pays all launch costs: Solana network fees, pump.fun coin creation, any dev buy, and a small claim reserve left in the creator wallet.
- Each claim pays its own network costs (transaction fees, token account setup, and the swap to USDC when paying out to Cash App) out of the fees being claimed.
- pump.fun's own trading fees apply and are set by pump.fun.
Details are on the Fees page.
Payouts to Cash App
Claimed fees are paid either to Cash App, as USDC sent on the Solana network to the USDC deposit address shown in your Cash App, or to a Solana wallet you control, as SOL. Cash App can't receive SOL or other Solana tokens, so CashPad only ever sends USDC to a Cash App address.
You are responsible for entering the correct address and network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. CashPad can't reverse, cancel or recover a payout sent to a wrong address or on the wrong network. Cash App's USDC deposits are available only in some places and accounts (for example, not in New York, and only for ID-verified US accounts) and have their own limits; check yours before you claim.
No affiliation or endorsement
CashPad is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Block, Inc., Cash App, X Corp, pump.fun, or any person or organisation whose @handle is used for a coin. Cash App is a trademark of Block, Inc.
A coin being assigned to an @handle does not mean that person or account created, supports or endorses the coin. Anyone can launch a coin that names any existing X account.
Risk and no advice
Memecoins are highly speculative. Their price can swing sharply and can go to zero, and creator fees depend entirely on trading activity that may stop at any time. Nothing on CashPad is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Only use money you can afford to lose.
Pauses, blocks and screening
To protect users and comply with the law, CashPad may:
- Pause claims, for example if a security problem is found. Fees keep accruing in creator wallets while claims are paused.
- Block @handles from being used for new launches, for example to prevent impersonation or abuse.
- Screen payout addresses against sanctions lists, and refuse payouts to addresses that are flagged.
- Restrict access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use CashPad to impersonate others, mislead traders, launch coins with illegal or infringing content, launder money, evade sanctions, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for the name, ticker, image and description of any coin you launch.
As is, and limitation of liability
CashPad is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It depends on Solana, pump.fun, X, Cash App, Jupiter and other third parties that can fail, change or become unavailable, and CashPad may be interrupted or discontinued.
To the fullest extent the law allows, CashPad and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, losses from coin prices, or losses caused by third-party services, network failures or incorrect payout addresses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using CashPad after a change, the updated terms apply.
